Well, the big question is -- when they start up, do you get a clear  GPL
notice?

If people are informed of their rights in accordance with the GPL (and any
other licenses
that Sun attached), then there's not much to do (other than possible
trademark violations).

If they try to mislead people as to the nature of the license, however, then
they can  probably be taken to court pretty easily. (especially in Germany,
from what I understand)
