Having the mailing list report after an IRC meeting is important and IMO
worth mentioning as mitigation of the barriers to people in different
timezones that IRC causes.

Yes, for sure, although probably not with this intensity. It'd depend on
the target goal of each sprint.

last full release already prepares some tasks for Marmotta, such as
architectural changes and dependencies clean up. After this major
milestone, the project's ambition is a rapid turnaround to get an Apache
incubator release as soon as possible.
