Database mode cannot be changed.
How to reproduce:
1. With the default H2 configuration, changing database mode from "create" tto
"validate"
2. Click on Test configuration
3. Dialog "Configuration Test successfully! Save values?" -> click ok
4. Dialog "Successfully reloaded!" -> click ok
5. Reload page, mode is back to "create". Expected: "validate"
No exceptions in the log.
