The parent POM currently contains a plugin definition that creates the REST
documentation in every Marmotta module. However, the REST documentation really
only makes sense for the modules in the platform, and not for all libraries.
The solution is either to define a separate parent POM for the platform or to
copy the plugin definition to the POM files of the platform modules.
