I created MARMOTTA-206 to fix it for future versions; I never though
such formatting detail could be really an issue...
I don't see a reply on the general list or here on dev@ to know what the
project thinks about this. I guess the project needs to come to a
position on this maybe via a discussion on dev@.
My point is there are a few subjective opinions, such as "the NOTICE may
be too long", etc. But I don't see any objective criteria that actually
blocks the release. Neither not single +1 vote from other IPMC member.
So my problem is I don't know where we actually are...
