Since the marmotta-sparql endpoint can potentially overload the system, it
should be possible for the administrator to define timeouts for SPARQL queries,
after which the query execution is terminated. In this case, the query
execution should throw a timeout exception and the endpoint should respond with
the proper HTTP status code.
