Due work load reasons I've been not able to attend today either. But
reviewing the minutes, the working group has agreed on set by Sep. 2nd
2013 the end of the last call review period.

So, we can try to iterate over the open issues before. Personally I'll
be on vacations for three weeks starting next Monday, but maybe others
could have also something to say here.

It is the right time. It's now, or during the last call period, or
never. Now is better.
I'd say the idea has significantly evolved, but for giving a proper
feedback I'd need to have started a proper implementation where address
those open questions form something tangible, beyond mere speculations.
So I'll submit now our comments to the WG.
