This needs to stop, all conversations need to be in the open on this list. I would suggest you close down where these private conversations are happening. You will have trouble growing your community outside this small group if you don't do this. > In which section of report should we put this information? As this is a serious issue I would put it under "Are there any issues that the IPMC or ASF Board need to be aware of?"
