The J2EEEntityResolver lists the resource as : "/plugin-resources/web-app_2.2.dtd" and the actual resource is: "/plugin-resources/web-app_2.2.dtd" If you've got a failing test case after removing that 2_2 file, please let me know. I just bootstrapped and all works ok from this angle.
