Ok but I see one issue that I'd like to resolve before starting creating separate plugins: we need to be able to download plugins by declaring them in user project's project.xml (as we had discussed some time ago, see http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?t=102957733700002&r=1&w=2). Once this is implemented I will be 2000% for it.
