Hi all,
In beta-10 plugin-plugin uses ${maven.home.local}/plugins as path to unpacked plugins
(see plugin:install goal for example).
But there is maven.plugin.unpacked.dir variable in default.properties file.
Should it be used instead?
plugin-plugin is the only plugin where ${maven.home.local}/plugins is used.
