Body:
rc1 refactoring still makes maven the parent classloader for plugins.
This means that plugins can't have differing versions of the same dependencies as
maven.
I think this needs fixing as well.

Key: MAVEN-609
Summary: Classloader isolation
Type: Improvement
Status: Assigned

Description:
In the rc1 refactoring there are separate classloaders and this is a must for any
release candidate and final release. This will involve cleaning up the plugins not to
use the classloader wanking. And plugins that require to mangling of the root
classloader should just be tossed. This usually involves some errant Ant task that
requires weirdo classloader needs.
