Please, please, please, please, please, please, please apply the patch
in MAVEN-690 before tagging a new release.

It's a royal pain to build Turbine with _any_ maven snapshot and it
would be great to have at least one "officially released" version that
is actually able to build Turbine (this is the project that spawned
maven, remember? ;-) ).

The only thing that's missing for this is in MAVEN-690, I even sent a
patch with descriptions that only needs to be applied.

All that it got was to be buried in a bug tracking system and not to
be looked at again. And got scheduled for "1.1" which is
ridiculous. If the maven developers thinks so, they can as well rip
out the torque-plugin because it's non-functional in its current
state.

So I'm (non-binding vote) -1 for a release without MAVEN-690 applied
and +1 for a release with it applied.

Please. I'll buy you a beer on ApacheCon.

        Regards
                Henning
