There are a number of table rendering bugs raised against mozilla. Many of them seem to be related to invalid markup or css, and if this falls into that category, mozilla developers are very unlikely to address these sorts of issues. Bugs that may be relevant are 199208, 101013, and 189168, in no particular order.

Unfortunately, running the URL through validation doesn't give good results.

Even more strangely, this wfm now, although it didn't last night. I've even cleared my cache and restarted, but I can no longer reproduce this issue. Perhaps it was caused by a partial caching issue? Is anyone still suffering?

I have seen this problem in netscape , is this a stylesheet probs .

I have the same problem. I think that may be is a bug in mozilla, if you
reload the page is displayed correctly.
The problem seems to happen with big tables...

Hi,

Recently pages generated by site are rendering incorrectly in
mozilla. I've seen this on pages from maven.apache.org and on local
generated pages. The lefthand menu is the same width as the header,
with the body content displayed to the right. A reload fixes this
problem and it doesn't happen consistently. When I saw it happen both
locally and on maven.apache I figured it might be something in the
maven generated docs that's confusing mozilla. I don't use IE so
don't know if its an issue there too. Anyone else seeing this?

cheers
Nathan
