Description:
Create a command line interface to the plexus maven.
Should mimic existing functionality where said functionality works.
Can be hardwired to a local server, but keep in mind that the ultimate implementation
will need to be able to connect to an out-of-process server using xml-rpc or
equivalent rmi technology.
At a minimum
* run a goal
* return an error level
At the next level
* run goals
* list plugins
* list goals
At the next level
* Secure the maven server - eg http digest auth
* A maven-server should probably only interact with set projects all running in the
same security context. Although this may prove expensive in the case of a codehaus
maven - eg. would need n maven-servers to isolate each project security wise.
