Building maven-scm

On my mac, using maven 3.0.4, the master of maven-scm gets a bazillion unit
test failures on "Maven SCM Subversion Provider - SVN Executable Impl.".

Is there something I need to know?

Am I likelier to be cheerful on Linux?
