I am willing to put in some time fixing the docs but I want to have a
developer with commit privileges to work with me.
I expect this person to commit changes to git that I write and the read
and generate the site and get the revisions onto the maven.apache.org site.
It would be nice if they could help unravel some of the convoluted bits
but I think that I can get most of the help for this from the user and
developer lists.
