[MCHECKSTYLE-272] Update checkstyle plugin for checkstyle-6.2
After applying the change to trunk, the changes to the integration test
poms (which load resources from the MCHECKSTYLE-272 branch) are no longer
necessary.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/hgschmie/apache-maven-plugins
maven-checkstyle-java7
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/maven-plugins/pull/42.patch
