Why does that matter? How can you make anyone fix them? If someone fixes them 
they get fixed. We've had issues rolling over from release to release for years.

But there's a branch addressing MNG-1958 as part of loading JVM parameters 
consistently for a projects that Igor has, and I believe MNG-3559 is actually 
fixed from work I did a while ago but I need to verify.

Updated Aether, the the annoying problem with the shell script on OSX being 
fixed, classloader fix for advanced integration, new toolchains support, new 
plugin configuration extension point. There's 12 issues closed which I think is 
sufficient. There will probably be a couple more by the time of release.
