I'm generally against changing anything to do with resolving strategies and
it has the potential for breaking everything because it's not just what you
might use, but what you might publish using your differences and others being
exposed to what your assumptions are. So you'll have provide some reasoning.
Also note most of this is controlled in Aether. Also, please squash your
changes into a single commit.
