yes, INFRA has to be informed if you find issues

remember that Windows nodes don't have same JDK or Maven installation names: 
see https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/INFRA/Jenkins for details

Unlike Linus nodes, Windows nodes are not managed with Puppet: discrepency 
between Windows nodes may happen, since humans are humans...
