No need to create two collections with
`List<String> dependenciesToScanList = new ArrayList( Arrays.asList(
getDependenciesToScan() ) );`
One modifiable collection can be with this code:
`List<String> dependenciesToScanList = new ArrayList();`
`Collections.addAll( dependenciesToScanList, getDependenciesToScan() );`
