I think I found an issue on the site:
http://maven.apache.org/pom-archives/asf-LATEST/download.cgi
The link to " How to Use Mirrors for Repositories." looks wrong to
me..I'm note 100% sure...
Also check on the current page which looks identical:
https://maven.apache.org/pom/asf/guides/mini/guide-mirror-settings.html
^^^^^^^
this needs to be:
https://maven.apache.org/guides/mini/guide-mirror-settings.html
+1 cause this is not really an issue to block a release...
