Description:
JSTL 1.0.2 is there now, but without taglibs. I figure taglibs should be done as
<groupId>jstl</groupId><artifactId>jstl-core</artifactId><version>1.0.3</version><type>tld</type>
There are 8 tlds in the standard 1.0.3 distribution, and all have extremely terse
names. c, c-rt, fmt...
rename them if you like, especially by appending a version number.
