Hey all, Is there any chance a kind soul can start the release process for maven-dependency-tree<https://github.com/apache/maven-dependency-tree>? There's only one issue in that version<https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MSHARED-994?jql=project%20%3D%20MSHARED%20AND%20fixVersion%20%3D%20maven-dependency-tree-3.1.1>, MSHARED-994<https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MSHARED-994>, which is preventing the `dependency:tree` goal from maven-dependency-plugin<https://github.com/apache/maven-dependency-plugin> to build the tree for WARs like it had in previous versions.
