Folks, Maven 3.8.7 is almost complete, a few regressions have been addressed.
I'll leave people this business week to work/discuss on potential issues for 3.8.x. My plan is to start the release around 2022-12-24. Hoping that this well be the last relase of the 3.8.x line.
