I'm totally agree with you for OSS scm.
CVS : netbeans or eclipse library
svn : ??? I'll search it
For commercial SCM, it isn't possible because it suppose we use and deploy some
commercial jars.

Description:
We need to be able to incorporate java libraries that provide SCM capabiltities. One
of the first things that comes to mind is the creation of a provider based on the
netbeans CVS library. This is not a big change and there is no rush for it but it
would be nice.
