Just checked http://javacvs.netbeans.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=39662 it says its just
an informational message, but it does not explain why I do not get any results back
from the CVS server for changelog.
BTW I run the plugin as
maven maven-changelog-plugin:report
as the documented goals do not work.
