A few of these sound like good ideas. A few would be actively harmful.
Most are somewhere in the middle. But taking them as a group, what I see is
a lot of ambition for new large scale projects that are completely beyond
available developer bandwidth, and little focus on small improvements like
fixing individual bugs.
