it seems {{PROJECT}} variable has been replaced by {{PROJECT_KEY}} and
{{PROJECT_NAME}}: this was intended to be {{PROJECT_NAME}}, like the title
notice:
the objective of that quick small release is to be able to test
mvn release:perform -Ppush-to-atr
(doc in Apache parent 39)
and metadata config through .asf.yaml
now we know that we'll also have to check this {{PROJECT}} to {{PROJECT_NAME}}
