The change improves "RequireUpperBoundDeps" error messages by suggesting a "<dependencyManagement>" configuration containing the highest conflicting version, including the classifier when present. I've pushed three commits covering the implementation, unit tests, and integration test expectation. Could someone please review the current state of the PR and let me know whether any additional changes or corrections are needed?
