this won't work in the way you think it will - dependencies are resolved before
plugins are acted on.
This needs the rearchitecture of MNG.

Description:
I think it would be really usefull to have a pom plugin that would enable retriving
information about other poms.
This would allow to set a de pendency to the hibernate pom (for example) and add to
current dependencies all dependencies in theis poms.
This is similar to the dependency of dependencies feature of MNG (I think) but a
little more abtract. It may be usefull to provide facilities to retrive information
about other project like source set, id, group...
