Description:
This patch adds a link to the JBlanket plugin hosted on the CSDL site. The plugin JAR
files have already been uploaded to ibiblio. This patch is against the maven-plugin
documentation.
It'd be great if you could put it in the docs before RC3! But whenever you can is
fine too. :-)
