Here is an overview of the issue:
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: MPMULTIPROJECT-30
Summary: Multiproject goal requires a project.xml in the multiproject basedir
Type: Bug
Status: Closed
Priority: Major
Resolution: CANNOT REPRODUCE
Original Estimate: Unknown
Time Spent: Unknown
Remaining: Unknown
Project: maven-multiproject-plugin
Assignee: Brett Porter
Reporter: Michael Mattox
Created: Tue, 25 May 2004 3:19 AM
Updated: Mon, 7 Jun 2004 8:28 AM
Environment: windows 2000, jdk 1.4.2
Description:
The multiproject plugin requires a project.xml in the maven.multiproject.basedir. If
there is no project.xml there an error is given. If an empty project.xml is created
in this directory, like this:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>
<project>
</project>
Then it works.
