Description:
With the fix :
- Now processes maven.jnlp.properties correctly
- Apache Jakarta Maven renamed to Apachae Maven (is already in anothoer patch I sent,
but that it doesn't hurt to have it twice)
- Updated properties.xml to document maven.jnlp.properties
- Update changes.xml to reflect both "fixes"
