Environment: maven 1.0 rc3 + changes 1.4 + xdoc 1.7.1
Description:
A typical url to get the page for issue #944 is (intranet):
http://s2-quality/trackbin/wtms.dll?action=queryDetail&scrId=944
In build.properties I got :
maven.changes.issue.template=%URL%/wtms.dll?action=queryDetail&scrId=%ISSUE%
The resulting URL is wrong because the ampersand '&' has been encoded in "&" for
example :
http://s2-quality/trackbin/wtms.dll?action=queryDetail&scrId=944
I don't know whether it's an issue of changes-plugin or xdoc-plugin.
