Environment: JUnitDoclet Plugin 1.2, Jalopy Plugin 1.3-SNAPSHOT with my own code

Description:
If test classes there, jalopy formats the test classes. If tests are generated with
JUnitDoclet the junitdoclet plugin canont read/update the test classes anymore.
Reason: unexpected code format
solution: exclude the JUnitDoclet generated test classes from format.
Attached is a patch which add separate include/exclude properties for src/java and
src/test directory.
