It looks like the patches are needed, so that the jsl files use the
maven.changelog.range value at least.

Description:
The plugin uses the value of the property "maven.changelog.range" when it checks the
scm for changes. But when the report is generated it prints out the value of the
property "maven.activitylog.range", which only seems to reside in the
plugin.properties file.
I'm not sure what the plugin.properties file does, but it only seems to duplicate
things from ../changelog/plugin.properties. Maybe it can be removed?
