Description:
I had to use newer simian version than 1.9.1 on large project because of memory
consumption.
Somewhere between 1.9.1 and 2.1.6-beta2 simian changed little bit the plaint text
output format so I've modified SimianLog and SimianLogTest classes.
What are the proper steps to publish new simian-2.1.6.jar to iBiblio repository?
