We are currently moving our source respository over from cvs to starteam. Integration
of maven with starteam would be a great help - currently we have to use the stcheckout
ant task - which seems impossible to call from Maven

This plugin should support StarTeam source versioning system. Changelog, Developer
activity plugins already support this. SCM is last piece in the puzzle to have full
