For me it doesn't matter where it should be. I haven't done any work structuring wikis before, so feel free to create the page how/where you see fit. Then I'll add my ideas to it.

What do you think about creating a page on the wiki? There we can write
down what we need, how it can be done and who should do it.

Furthermore we must have provide 2 mechanisms :

- one for documents written by the user. For example :
index.xml
index.fr.xml
....
with a dynamic flag bar generated from the list of available translations.

- one for data/titles/menu items and others texts generated by the plugins.

Hi,

I agree with Arnaud, first we need the mechanism to add
different languages, so only messages are translated, else
we'll have to modify every translated doc when there's a change.

Hello Alvaro,

Can you post your translations on Jira ?
I'll look at them and I'll work on a mechanism to use
several languages in the xdoc plugin.

   Thx.

Hi:

I would like to receive a CC of your replies, as I'm not

subscribed to

this list :-).

I have just started a project in javaHispano.net (a

SourceForge-like

site in spanish) to have there the repository with the translated
files.

http://javahispano.net/projects/maven-es

Actually I have 2 plugins translated: xdoc and pdf (not yet

in CVS),

but I have a problem with jelly scripts (I XSLT files works

well), I

cannot use some non-english characters like , etc, even
declaring entities in a doctype header.

I can contribute translating to spanish what you need.
