Hi,
I agree with Arnaud, first we need the mechanism to add different languages, so only messages are translated, else we'll have to modify every translated doc when there's a change.

I have just started a project in javaHispano.net (a
SourceForge-like
site in spanish) to have there the repository with the translated files.

Actually I have 2 plugins translated: xdoc and pdf (not yet
in CVS),
but I have a problem with jelly scripts (I XSLT files works
well), I
cannot use some non-english characters like ������, etc, even declaring entities in a doctype header.
I can contribute translating to spanish what you need.
