Hello maveners On our project we used to includes the sources files in our jars and ejbs files so the developers can easily debug the program.
Now for various reasons we need to remove the sources from the artifact and put them in separated archives (so a normal classes archive and a sources archive). I remember some days ago a discussion occurs on this point but I can't find it in the archives (the only similar thing I found is http://nagoya.apache.org/eyebrowse/[EMAIL PROTECTED]&msgId=812496 on 24 Jul 2003) and I can't remember if it's already available or if it was only planned, could someone help me about this ? As we need it, if it's has been decided and not yet implemented, I could code it and send you some patches.
