This is not exactly a bug, but a limitation on Maven 1.0 - it doesn't handle
transitive dependencies (see FAQ attachment on bug MAVEN-1442).
I'm marking this is a 'wish' so it just not impact the planning of upcoming releases
of this plugin.

Description:
When you declare a dependency to be war.bundle's, they often also have their
dependencies which are also needed at runtime. These need to be war.bundle'd too. Else
you have to include the dependencies of your dependencies which is really hard work,
e.g. when depending on openejb.
