Environment: WinXP & Cygwin --> Linux
Description:
The new scpexe protocoll does not set the proper permissions. The files are only
writable by the owner. Especially in case of snapshots this is not appropriate.
Looking at the executed commands (-X) no "ssh chmod 664" is called for the copied
files.
