Since they blend together, the natural assumption is that the main site and the plugins portion were deployed on the same date from the same CVS tag, though this isn't the case. Maybe an external style link could add a bit of conceptual separation?? The main list of plugins is a couple months old, but perhaps other plugin efforts need to stabilize before deploying documentation. So, whenever it's possible, it would be nice to have.
