Need to be able to support two branches of the same artifact

Currently if you are working on a project, and you have two branches, you can't
check them out in CC because they both go into a folder named after the
artifact. this is fine mostly. Howeer, you may want to be able to provide
your own folder name.
I could see:
myproject-production
myproject-nextgeneration
but the artifact on both is myproject, the only difference is the version
information!
