[ http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MAVENUPLOAD-339?page=comments#action_31835 ] Andy Jefferson commented on MAVENUPLOAD-339: --------------------------------------------
Thanks for the feedback Brett. Yes, JPOX uses Maven ... for many many things. The thing is though, I always forget to do the upload bundle when I do a release ... must be age catching up or something. Anyway, I created the bundle manually - and managed to spell a tag name incorrectly. I just tried with maven create-upload-bundle from within the sub project. It doesnt work. 2 things come up 1. It cant find LICENSE.txt (and I cant see how I can specify its location with that goal) - its in the top level project not in the sub project. 2. When I put the LICENSE.txt at the same level it works, but the project.xml of course doesn't include the <groupId>, <currentVersion> since they are specified in the top level project.xml If we can get around these 2 issues in the create-upload-bundle goal then I would be happier still :-) > jpox-1.1.0-beta-2 > ----------------- > > Key: MAVENUPLOAD-339 > URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MAVENUPLOAD-339 > Project: maven-upload-requests > Type: Task > Reporter: Andy Jefferson > > > Please upload this to IBiblio when you have time.
