I updated the cruisecontrol plugin to allow for use of the Jabber publisher and
a couple of other minor things.
First up was the ability to override the base URL for the modification set,
since in my multiproject build only check-ins to master project were working.
Also changed the artifact publisher so that you can configure it to only
publisher on successful builds.
Attached in the plugin (with changes), based on the subversion code from a day
ago..
