Add the reactor projects to MavenSession

I've made a patch to add the projects from the 'reactor' as discovered by
DefaultMaven.collectProjects
to MavenSession, the plexus Context and make it available to the
PluginParameterExpressionEvaluator.
This is needed for the maven-eclipse-plugin to be able to make references to
other projects
(and not to their installed artifacts).
Now you can do the following:
/**
* @parameter expression="${reactorProjects}"
* @required
* @readonly
*/
private List reactorProjects; // List of MavenProject objects, ordered for
dependencies.
I've had a discussion with trygve about this and he said there was no idea what
to do with the reactor.
I think for the mean time, this is an elegant enough solution.
