To be honest, I do not know. Like you, I looked but could not find a
jmxtools.jar .
I'll shoot an email off to the dev-list for nlog4j about jmxtools.
The build.properties.sample in the source of nllog4j specifies:
# Required to build the org.apace.log4j.jmx package.
jmx.jar=/java/jmx/lib/jmxri.jar
jmx-extra.jar=/java/jmx/lib/jmxtools.jar
I will fix the naming of the license files in the next few hours.
